This past Friday I made a special treat for the kids because we had a good first week. They loved my cookies so much they have been begging for the recipe! Who knew I was such a good cook :)! So here it is for anyone interested. I will also be sending it home on our weekly newsletter!
Cake Mix Cookies
1 cake mix - any kind or flavor
2 eggs
1/3 cup oil
Mix the above ingredients together. Roll 1 or 2 inch balls and pat them flat. Place on a cookie sheet. Bake the cookies at 375 degrees for 8 minutes. While cookies are still warm spread a small amount of icing (any flavor).
FYI - For our treat I used Funfetti cake mix and icing. Enjoy!
