Our 3rd nine weeks has come to an end. I am really proud of these guys and their hard work in meeting their goals. As a class, this nine weeks, we earned 581.2 points with an average book level of 2.0. We also read 1,295 books. This greatly exceeded our class goal for the nine weeks! For the school year we have earned 1,474.0 points, read 3,296 books. As a class we have read 1,950,927 words. This is so amazing. My hope for the year is that we would read 1,000,000 words. The way the students are reading, they may read 2.5 million!!
