We had our weekly visit to the library and had a great time with Mrs. Massey. We used the SmartBoard and internet to look up interesting facts about spiders. After we learned what spiders eat, how many body parts and legs they have, the different types of webs they make, how long their life is, and how they know something is on their web, Mrs. Massey helped us make our own web. We made our web by holding yarn and answering questions about spiders. Then Mrs. Massey had us close our eyes and feel the vibrations when something is on the "web." It was all very exciting!!Mrs. Massey also talked to us about the importance of listening so that we can learn. She told us if we listen and learn we will have beautiful minds like our web. Mrs. Massey then had us all let go of the web and taught us that if we don't learn, our brain will be a big jumbled mess!
