We had our weekly visit to the Media Center today. Mrs. Massey planned an awesome lesson as usual. She taught us about our observational skills. Mrs. Massey read "It Looked Like Spilt Milk." After reading the story she sent students to different tables. She gave each student a job, with the most important job being the observer. The experiment is as follows.
Materials
shallow dish
milk
food coloring
dish washing liquid
Procedures
1. Pour the milk into the dish.
2. Drop two drops of food coloring into the center of the milk.
3. Drop one drop of dish washing liquid into the middle of the food coloring
4. Observe what occurs
